Bluestone Payments offers contracts to merchants that have 48-month terms. This is called the “initial term” that automatically renews for an additional 24 months unless the services are canceled before the contract automatically renews.

Early termination of services will incur an early termination fee as liquidated damages unless this is prohibited by local laws. The termination fee will be $595 or the maximum amount set by local laws. If the company terminates the agreement, the termination fee will be $1,500.

Upon termination of services, all equipment must be returned to the company within 14 days at the merchant’s expense. Otherwise, the merchant’s account will be debited $525 for each piece of equipment.
