Merchant One offers the Clover Station and Clover Mini POS systems. Merchant One also provides Clover Flex and Clover Go for mobile payments. Additional equipment includes the Magtek ADynamo, the BBPOS Chipper, and the Swift B250 SwipeSimple.

Public Pricing Available
No
Merchant One does not disclose its pricing structure so potential customers must contact the firm directly for a price quote. However, the firm's prices are allegedly negotiable and Merchant One claims to be able to match any competitor's price.
Merchant One's contracts generally receive positive feedback for not including long-term equipment leases. At one time, three-year contracts were required, but those are a thing of the past. Merchant One now offers fully cancelable contracts. Unlike many processors, Merchant One’s contracts have no automatic rollover, preventing customers from getting trapped in a contract if they miss the due dates for cancelation.

TrustPilot gave Merchant One an average rating of 4.8 out of 5 stars from 2,859 reviewers. 93% of reviewers rated their experience as excellent while 5% rated it as great, 1% as average, and 0% as poor or bad.
Most reviews praise Merchant One's customer service team and the company's onboarding process. Some common complaints, however, include confusion with the contracts' terms of service, unclear pricing models, and difficult-to-decipher statements.
Many customers have also expressed dissatisfaction with the firm's pricing. Some note that the price for processing rewards cards is higher than for regular credit cards, resulting in higher than expected fees.
Nonetheless, with over 100,000 clients and only 33 complaints over its three-year operational record, Merchant One ranks highly for its customer service and truth in advertising.
