Merchant Provider Risk Tolerance
Hardware and Software
Guest Innovations provides their clients with a wide variety of Rezku products. From full registers to digital menus, they offer merchants a custom-fit way to interact with their customers.
They also offer add-ons to customize the setup. This allows different types of restaurants to find their needs, address them, and improve their business.
In addition, they offer several back-office options to help managers interact with inventory, employee needs, and business expenses.
Value-Added Services
Through their partnership with Rezku, Guest Innovations is able to offer a list of extra services to their merchant customers.
Gift card and loyalty card programs help restaurants bring in new customers, build brand awareness, and keep customers coming back.
Back office inventory and employee management help managers streamline the work environment. This includes real-time labor tracking and time clock management.
Supported Payment Types and Services
While credit card type will ultimately be dictated by the processing company a merchant chooses to work with, the hardware and software provided by Guest Innovations have the capability to accept all types of payments.
They have the technological capabilities to accept credit cards by swipe, tap and insert. Rezku registers can also accept cash and checks.

Gathering information from the multiple layers of sites and pages can be challenging. Some of the information appears to hide behind getting a custom quote, but there is at least a base.
It appears each terminal comes at a $69/month cost. There are no set lease terms and restaurants can stay on a month-to-month rental, but there are financial incentives to sign year-long contracts. With a yearlong contract, the merchant saves $10/month.
In addition to the monthly rental rates, there are multiple layers of fees. The good news is most of those fees appear to be optional. The bad news is without those fees many of the value-added services are not available.
There may be discounts for merchants renting more terminals and registers. On the Rezku website, there is an Enterprise option that states a quote is needed to get any numbers.

As usual, the setup for POS systems is mainly dictated by the delivery time. Depending on what service and delivery options are chosen, a merchant can have their machines anywhere from 1-10 days from their order.
Software typically comes preloaded on each register and terminal, meaning once the system is booted up, they are up and running.
The tech support appears to be the industry standard phone and email. There is no indication, either on the website or in reviews, that there are any further forms of support to be found in a merchant-only account.
