IMS has an account with the Better Business Bureau that originated in May of 2019. It currently holds an A+ rating with the BBB and has 0 customer complaints. It has been accredited with the BBB since July of 2020.

Integrity has nineteen reviews online and two negative reviews of the nineteen. One issue was surrounding when funds would be deposited into a customer's account. The issue indicated a miscommunication between the merchant and customer, where specific timeframes for that deposit were not given. The second was regarding rebranding miscommunication from IMS. IMS went through a rebranding phase and did not communicate this to the customer which brought confusion as to where payments should go.
