Infintech Products & Services

Software

Infintech offers two different types of software. The first is a payment application programming interface (API) called TranSafe® ReST allows customers to accept payments online and with contactless capabilities. The second is UniTerm® when processing transactions in a card-present environment.

Pricing for these services is not disclosed. Additional rates, fees, and transaction rates commonly apply to these e-commerce services.

Financing

According to the company’s website, Infintech provides multiple payment processing service solutions for Business to Business (B2B) merchants. These solutions include, but are not limited to, accounting and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software integration, comprehensive Payment Card Industry (PCI) program, custom online payment pages, electronic invoicing, level 3 and extensive ticket processing, next day funding, simple reporting and deposit reconciliation, virtual terminals and mobile processing, and live, dedicated support.

Infintech advertises traditional merchant services and level 2 and level 3 ticket processing for B2B and Business to Government (B2G). The processing of these two levels utilizes different interchange rates rather than traditional consumer credit transactions. Infintech helps facilitate these transactions; however, these services are typically reserved for those B2B and B2G purchases using a corporate credit card.

Infintech accepts multiple payment options, such as cash payment tracking, cashier or in-line tipping, full order refunds, multi-tender payments, sales reports, shift and batch reports, and signature credit and debit cards.

Finally, Infintech provides a visual aid on the cost components of a credit card transaction, as well as the breakdown of each fee. This may be useful to those more unfamiliar with the financial side of payment processing.

Hardware

While Infintech’s website does not explicitly list available hardware options, there is mention of offering standalone terminals that integrate with almost any POS software. Detailed features of these terminals include accepting cards, checks, cash, and gift cards; using robust reporting and analytics, adding items to your POS and managing inventory in real-time; managing customer data and sending digital receipts, and working online and offline orders from your POS.
