Of the other complaints located online, a majority of them have to do with the firm’s customer service team. One reviewer in particular called attention to the fact that it is difficult to reach CoCard’s customer service in the first place. This reviewer stated that after multiple calls to customer service, none of the representatives who answered identified as employees or representatives of CoCard. Rather, it seemed that they were confused about which firm exactly that they were providing customer service for. Other reviews criticize CoCard’s customer service for having a large percentage of agents that appear to have difficulty with the English language.
Despite having some customer complaints, Cocard actually shows a significantly stronger customer satisfaction rate than many of its competitors.
