With WorldPay, its recognized merchant service provider, there is a three-year deal with an automatic renewal of one year if the merchant does not provide a written withdrawal notification within the final three months of the contract.

There is a termination fee that ranges from $95 to $495 dollars depending on when the cancellation occurs during the contract.

Capital one charges a PCI compliance fee within the range of $15 to $25 per month, however, this fee is more than the average in the banking industry. The annual fee is $69.
